Compensation
The GeneWize compensation plan was designed to give incentives to find customers, build teams and create leadership on your way to achieving your financial goals.
There are several ways you get paid.
- Direct Commission – earn $40, $50 or $100 every time you enroll a Customer ($199), Basic Affiliate ($299) or Business Builder ($499).
- Product Discounts — the month after your first four customers or affiliates pay their $99 monthly fee you’ll receive a discount on your monthly fee. Your first customer earns you a 10% discount, your second customer earns you a 25% discount, your third customer earns you a 50% discount and your fourth customer earns you a 100% discount (pay just S&H). The discount occurs the month AFTER your customers pay their $99. The month they pay their initial fee ($199 or higher) you earn direct commission. These discounts are also available to your customers.
- Residual Commissions — after your fourth personally enrolled customer you earn $15/mo per customer on their $99 fee. If you have 10 customers you earn $150. If you have 100 customers you earn $1500.
- Residual and Direct Commissions from Customer Referrals — your customers are incentivized to get a discount on their product by referring other customers. When they do, you earn $25 on their $199 package and the full $15/mo on their $99. This extends down unlimited levels of customer referrals. For example, if your four customers refer four customers and those four refer four, who each refer four (4×4×4×4=256) you’d have 156x$15 = $3840/mo income.
- Team Building Income – when you enroll another affiliate you place them on your right team or your left team. After your first two affiliates each affiliate you enroll is placed under other affiliates in your team which can help them with their Team Buidling Income. The BV (or business volume) created by each sale is added up at the end of each pay period and you earn between 10% and 20% of the volume from the smaller side (called pursuit team). For example, if your right team had 12,000 BV and your left team had 10,000 BV, your income would be 10,000 x 10% = $1000. This bonus is calculated on unlimited levels of team members but is capped at $50,000 earned income each pay period (two pay periods per month).
- Leadership Check Matching Income — you’re encouraged to help others succeed and create large Team Building Incomes by our check match bonus. When you qualify you can earn between 10% and 40% of the team building income of the people you enroll, 10% - 30% of the people they enroll, 10%-20% of the people they enroll and 10% of the people they enroll. For example, if someone you enroll earns a $5000 Team Building Income, you could earn $500 - $2000 as their enroller. You’d also earn this bonus on their leaders’ checks. And their leader’s checks. And their leaders’ checks.
