You simply:
- Open the kit and take out the tray and cotton swabs they provide
- Swab the inside of your cheek several times using the sterile swabs included with your kit
- Allow the swabs to dry for 5 minutes
- Insert the swabs into the self-addressed envelopes that go back to the GeneWize labs for your analysis
I just recently completed the process myself and it could not be any easier.
Your DNA sample is then sent off to their labs for assessment. This usually takes 2-3 weeks. Upon completion they will provide you with a report containing the results of your DNA assessment. The report will be the basis for determining your GeneWize LifeMap Nutrition product system.
